Handmade in our Portland workshop to last a lifetime, this refillable notebook fits standard journal inserts—you can purchase additional notebook fillers for $15. The cover secures with a button stud closure that doubles as a pen holder. Every notebook is made from real full grain leather that feels great and smells even better.

I was on the hunt for a unique leather journal and while I was in Portland for a wedding another local store recommended Orox so I walked a few blocks to find them. Upon entering the store, they were super helpful and said they could make the journal for me within 24-hours. The quality is fantastic and even snagged a cool corduroy hat on the way out!

It’s a little bit of luxury, every time I open my leather journal and write in it. I like my Leather Notebook Cover very much. Beautiful hand crafted article! I am a little concerned about the very strong smell of the leather. After taking it out of your packaging it has filled the room with a very strong what I believe is a by-product of the tanning/dyeing process. It is pretty overpowering. Can I expect this to diminish with time? Do you have any advice how to mitigate the problem?
